"Post-90s" wildlife photographer Chu Wenwen: Their real destination is nature.

Nature is selfless, and she shows everything to human beings unabashedly. On April 22nd, Chu Wenwen, a wildlife photographer born after 1990s, and Wang Yuheng, a water brother, visited Sisyphus Bookstore with their new book "Chu Tong: My Wild Animal Friends and I" and accepted an exclusive interview with a reporter from The Paper.

"The real situation is even more cruel than in the movie."
Chu Wenwen, who was born in Altay, is 25 years old. Because of an animal protection scientist’s father, she was taken to the wild at the age of 2; At the age of 7, I began to pack my bags, climb mountains and mountains, cross rivers and wear forests; When I was in my teens, I went to the disaster relief with the team, carrying frozen wild animals all the way in the snow. While other children were busy reciting ancient poems, Chu Wenwen tried hard to remember the names of each plant on the plains of Karamay.
At the age of 7, my father gave Chu Wenwen her first camera and took her to take the first photo of wild animals, which was also an important page in the history of wildlife protection in China-the wild horse of Platts in 2001. From then on, Wenwen often walked in the wild with her camera. At the age of 23, she and her partner also set up the Pupil’s Beginning Nature Image Studio and developed it into Pupil’s Beginning Nature Conservation Association.

At the beginning of the pupil, the Nature Conservation Association has a fixed team of about 10 people. The team based in Altay includes rangers who monitor and rescue wild animals and professional video teams who shoot wild animals. "We are not only doing imaging now, but also doing nature education and endangered species protection."
"I have been telling my team an idea. Whether the film is good or not is not the most important thing. The bottom line and principle you have to respect is to ensure that the animal’s body and mind can’t be hurt. You have to keep it in a complete and normal state, so that what you shoot is a photographic work." Chu Wenwen told The Paper that there are too many pictures similar to "a bird standing on a straw" in the photography circle.
In the story of Wulin owl in Inner Mongolia, Chu Wenwen mentioned that some bird-patting grandfathers did whatever it took to get an ideal picture. Two of them got the GPS positioning point of Wulin owl’s nest privately and went straight to the owl’s nest without saying hello. They wanted to take pictures of a blackbird flying, so they tried their best to drive away a blackbird resting in its nest, and even threw branches, plastic bags and stones at it. One of the stones also hit the owl’s eyes, and finally the owl flew away with a moan.
What happened to this black owl later? At the beginning, Wenwen heard that a friend found it in a forest far away-although one eye had stopped bleeding, the broken wound was visible, and the eyeball could not be seen, and it was obviously blind.
"When shooting wild animals, you can’t force them to look like you want. You should give them more time and patience, waiting for them to show the most harmonious side in nature, not those things that attract people’s attention."
"These photos of Wenwen that everyone saw, for a moment, she may have stayed in water or even ice for more than ten days." At the event site, Wang Yuheng specifically mentioned Chu Wenwen’s father, the animal protection scientist Chu Hongjun. "Have you seen Hoh Xil? Many real situations are even more cruel than in movies. To protect a protected area, we must struggle with many aspects. Mr. Chu Hongjun is a particularly respectable person. "

"Any part that is peeled off is just blood-stained pain."
The stories behind those photos written by Chu Wenwen are warm-hearted and shocking. What she lets people see is not only the brilliance of nature, but also the scars left by nature after being hurt by human beings.
For example, because of eating "breath-holding pills" (a poison invented by a dog dealer in China) by mistake, the big wolf in Inner Mongolia fell in the snow ten centimeters thick, and his claws and toenails were covered with blood scabs. For example, because it is to be made into "chicken wine", Hainan brown-winged Jay can only struggle in the hunter’s bag.
It takes at least 30 such lovely minks to make a mink coat-a painful number.

Maybe someone will say, doesn’t that person always eat fish and meat? In response to this, Wen Wen responded: "In order to survive, human beings need enough food sources, so they are already raising animals. But domestic animals can already satisfy their food and clothing needs, so why should they consume wild animals? Domestic animals are far away from the native land and can multiply indefinitely, and their survival will not be endangered. Wild animals are different. "
At first, Wenwen felt that, what’s more, the "consumption" of wild animals by human beings is also dangerous. "Parasites on wild animals, except in the digestive tract, will also be under the skin, and then you can see the worms, but you can’t see the eggs, and it can’t be killed by high temperature. The so-called medicated wine and medicated diet have no scientific basis, but the idea of always playing wild animals is actually harmful to people’s health. "
As for some places, people believe that spike, wolf’s mustache and wolf’s skin can ward off evil spirits. At first, Wenwen thought it was nonsense.
"In fact, those are only a small part of the body. The real soul of the wolf has disappeared from the moment it died. How can these two bones protect you?" Chu Wenwen said, "once any wild animal loses its integrity, then any part that is stripped off is just a pain covered with blood, which has no meaning."

"Humans and wild animals have the possibility of coexistence."
According to the latest data, there are 162 Mengxin beaver families in China, with an estimated population of 500. The above figures represent Mengxin beavers in Altay, Xinjiang, and even in China-less than the national treasure panda.
Chu Wenwen said that at present, the beaver population is stable, and more shrub willows are needed to further grow. In addition to beavers, cattle, sheep, camels and other domestic animals in the valley wetlands also eat shrub willows. So, is it possible for humans and wild animals to coexist?
Beaver is in the Ulungu River Valley, the only hometown in China. The beginning of photography
"I think there is." Chu Wenwen told reporters in The Paper that this is exactly what they are helping the local government to explore. Because the shrub willow is the main food for the beaver in Mengxin, their team wants to solve the food shortage problem of the beaver in Mengxin by replanting the shrub willow, so they have a "beaver canteen" public welfare project. Through the joint efforts of caring people, 50,000 shrubbery willows provided by the local forestry department were planted near about 10 beaver families in Mengxin to provide enough food for beavers.
"The place where we want to plant trees is the pasture of herders. Therefore, the project launched this year is that we will distribute saplings to herders, let herders plant them, and we will give subsidies. Herdsmen can choose to plant or choose not to plant. "
Chu Wenwen told The Paper that this subsidy involves two inspections. The first inspection was in autumn to see if the cattle and sheep raised by herders had eaten the trees planted in spring and summer. The second acceptance was when we went to plant trees in the following spring. "If you can guarantee that the tree is still there these two times, I will send you all the subsidies."
"This is tantamount to giving herders a choice-choosing to plant this tree will not let cattle and sheep go in to eat, and the subsidies they get are enough for herders to buy grass for cattle and sheep to eat. Or herders don’t want this subsidy and let their own cattle and sheep eat it. In short, there are many ways to guide positively. "
For another example, at the beginning of this year, Wenwen and her team will do a nature education project, and they will also take many children to the wild and really participate in wildlife protection. "In this process, we will let them eat and live in herders’ homes, which will also increase the income of herders and let them know that wild animals can bring them real benefits in this place. Because sometimes herders are not wrong, after all, they have lived in this place for generations, and most people can still communicate, which is very kind. "
Chu Wenwen said: "You let them get something, and they are willing to pay. It is more reliable to let him spontaneously have the awareness of protecting wild animals through this method. "
That’s how beavers build dams. The beginning of photography
"You don’t know if the next person who comes into contact with it has good intentions."
When it comes to the coexistence of human beings and wild animals, many people will think of the animated film "How to Train Your Dragon"-Vikings live with dragons, and people can provide food, accommodation and even companionship for dragons.
"But this is not the case." Chu Wenwen said that for wild animals, the real destination is nature. "What you think is’ good for it’ is not really good for it."
"In my eyes, the animals in zoos and wildlife parks are already domestic animals, because they can never go back (to nature)." Chu Wenwen told The Paper that under normal circumstances, they don’t want wild animals to contact people. "Because you don’t know whether the next person who comes into contact with it has good intentions."
But there are always some "abnormal situations", such as what should I do if I meet an injured wild animal? Chu Wenwen said: "Wild animals are injured, so don’t raise them yourself, but hand them over to the right institutions. For wild animals, reproduction and survival are the most important, rather than staying with their parents all the time. Even if you do get it back, the fetters will have adverse effects. Therefore, we will avoid too much contact with them during the rescue process. "
In Altay, Chu Wenwen is known as the "chairman of the Wildlife Disabled Persons’ Federation" because she has saved many "orphans of nature", such as the white-shouldered sculpture with broken wings because of bumping into the barbed wire fence of herders, the flamingo without half a flipper and the jerboa with amputated limbs. Chu Wenwen said with emotion: "The best hope to save them is to let them eventually return to nature."
At the event site, a student reader asked, "What can college students do for wildlife protection?" Wang Yuheng responded that everyone can actually do it. At present, there are also good protection organizations, but it is a bit mixed. "Many students don’t lack knowledge, what they lack is judgment. Sometimes our kindness will be taken advantage of. The most terrible thing is that once they are found to be used, some people may never want to do good again. "
Wang Yuheng donated all the royalties of "First Pupil" to "Beaver Canteen". At the scene, readers also asked questions about stray cats and dogs. Wang Hao responded: "For stray cats and dogs, I personally suggest not to feed them. Either take it home or send it back to the professional center after sterilization. If you want to choose an animal, it’s like choosing an object. Throughout his life. " Photography Huang mingrui

How to solve the problem of foot sand after playing on the beach? Xiamen seaside shower raiders attack

[News Page-Taihai Net]

  ■ A footbath is set up near the beach in the waters around the East China Sea, which is convenient for citizens and tourists to wash off the sand on their feet after playing.

  ■ Foot bath pool near Haiyuntai.

  ■ Foot-washing pool in front of public toilets in Binhai Romantic Line.

  ■ The footbath beside Huangcuo Beach.

According to the Xiamen Evening News, the most annoying thing about going to the seaside is that you are covered with gravel but have nowhere to wash. Two years ago, the reporter visited many beaches in our city, and found that some of them had shower places, while others did not. Recently, the reporter visited again and found many changes. I will sort them out in detail today to provide you with service reference.

  Baicheng sandy beach

Public toilets are hard to find.

Paid shower advertisements can be seen everywhere.

Recently, the reporter came to Baicheng Beach, which has convenient transportation and good sunset scenery, and has always been one of the attractions that many tourists must punch in. On the way from the parking lot of Hulishan to the beach, billboards of "washing feet and taking a shower" can be seen everywhere, which are basically clearly marked: washing feet once in 2 yuan and bathing in 10 yuan. The reporter observed that these operators basically pulled out a water pipe and opened their business to provide services. A service point near the beach, foot washing business is very hot, and it also sells drinks business.

There is a public toilet between Baicheng Beach and Hulishan Fort, but it is hard to find. You need to go through the small door and walk through multiple steps. You can only find it after passing through several paid shower points. Only a very small sign is seen along the way, indicating that the public toilet needs to go 30 meters ahead. The public toilet is adjacent to Hulishan Battery Bus Station, with the words Tourist Toilet in Hulishan Battery Scenic Area written on the side. It is open to the public from 7: 00 am to 7: 00 pm. In previous years, when reporters came here for an interview, there were three hand-washing pools and two foot-washing pools outside the door. This time, I found that the foot-washing pools and hand-washing pools were gone and replaced by several pots of green plants.

When the reporter arrived, it was 7: 02 pm. At this time, the public toilet was closed, and several tourists at the door seemed very helpless. Mr. Zheng, a tourist, said: "The setting of this public toilet is too unreasonable. It took me a long time to find it, but it was closed after I found it. I just wanted to wash my hands. Isn’t this driving people to the business?" Ms. He, a tourist, said, "I’ve been holding back for a long time, but it’s such a situation that I can’t hold back."

Mr. Li, a citizen, lives nearby. He said that there were indeed several footbath pools with unlimited time in the past, but people often come here to take a bath naked at night, which is really unsightly. In addition, some people carry buckets to steal water, which may be because of this. It was demolished. "But managers can’t dismantle things at once, and should consider the actual use needs of citizens and tourists. It should be changed to a managed public toilet, and the service should be humanized. "

  Yefengzhai area

Easy to wash, there is a public toilet every few hundred meters.

Go along the road around the island, and you can see the public toilet sign indicating the distance on the roadside every walk. Generally, there is a public toilet every five or six hundred meters. In some areas where tourists are concentrated, such as Yefengzhai, there are two public toilets within 200 meters. Every public toilet is kept clean and maintained by the administrator, and there are free footbath pools at the door, ranging from 4 faucets to more than 10 faucets. The reporter turned on one of the faucets at random and found that they all worked normally, and the water was quite large, which could easily wash away the sediment on the body.

Mr. Li’s family is from Longyan. They are very happy while washing the sand and watching the scenery by the sea. Mr. Li said: "Going out to play is to choose a place with complete infrastructure, especially go on road trip, where parking is convenient and facilities are complete, and playing is really enjoyable."

Next to the public toilet of Yefengzhai Ocean Science Park, there is also a privately contracted shower equipment. The reporter saw that there were five independent shower rooms in the shower room, equipped with water heaters, air conditioners and other equipment. Ms. Chen, the administrator, said: "The price of washing is 10 yuan, an adult and a child in 15 yuan. People often come here to take a shower after swimming on holidays."

  Wuyuanwan beach

Demand exceeds supply. Tourists huddle in front of the sink.

There are several public toilets around Wuyuan Bay Beach. The reporter found that, like two or three years ago, these public toilets were still not equipped with flushing equipment, and some green belt water pipes that had been used by tourists for flushing were also blocked.

The public toilet B064 is the closest to the beach, between the beach and the parking lot, between the footbridge and the bus stop, with a superior geographical position, and there are many citizens and tourists coming in and out. There is not much space in this public toilet, and there is only a sink. In order to use water, tourists huddle together. There is a sign standing beside it, which says: Please don’t wash your feet in the sink. Someone turned a blind eye and still put his feet in the sink to wash. Some people are more gentle and use mineral water bottles to catch water and wash their feet, but the ground is covered with sand and water.

Mr. Chen, a citizen, often exercises nearby. He said that this public toilet has a good location and receives hundreds of people almost every day. It is estimated that there are thousands of people on weekends. "Some people even carry their children to the table for cleaning, and the sediment rushes into the pool, which is easy to cause blockage, and the ground is often dirty."

Master Wang, the administrator, said: "Even if you keep mopping the floor, you can’t keep up with the speed of dirt. I hope to set up a foot bath as soon as possible, otherwise this situation will be difficult to improve. "

  Binhai romantic line

Well-equipped, washing feet, showering and changing clothes are not a problem

The coastal romantic line around the East China Sea has been popular among citizens and tourists in recent years. Walking all the way along the seaside, the reporter found that you can find a public toilet every few hundred meters here. Some public toilets use gender-free toilet seats, some are single-family rooms, and the design is quite innovative. Some toilets are also equipped with spraying equipment. Because of the large area of a single room, it is not a problem to simply shower and change clothes. There are foot-washing pools and hand-washing pools outside the toilet, so visitors can get what they need.

Mr. Wu, a citizen, said: "The facilities of Binhai Romantic Line are complete, but there is still a lack of washing facilities at the seaside from Jimei Qiaotou to Langhua Gate of Romantic Line, hoping to increase the construction."

Rainbow Beach on the Romantic Line of Binhai is one of the popular places to visit. When the reporter came here in the evening, the beach was full of people playing with the sea. The reporter noticed that in this area, in addition to the public toilets, there is a foot bath pool. In addition, there is a foot bath pool every two or three hundred meters between the two public toilets, and there is also a direct water dispenser next to the foot bath pool. According to the reporter’s observation, the foot bath pool and the public toilet cooperate with each other, which relieves the dense flow of people on the beach and reduces the pressure on the public toilet.

  [Reminder]

  Orderly queuing and civilized flushing

The administrator of Wuyuanwan shower facilities told the reporter that the quality of citizens and tourists who use washing equipment has improved a lot compared with the past, and some people are not very civilized. It is hoped that citizens and tourists will be able to do civilized washing and orderly queuing when using washing facilities; Turn off the faucet in time after use to reduce the waste of water resources; Turn down the water flow to avoid splashing on others; Take good care of the facilities.

After the peak of mycoplasma pneumonia in children, adults started again? Special reminder from experts

At the specialist clinic of respiratory and critical care medicine in Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital, Aunt Zheng, who is over 60 years old, just walked for a while, her face turned slightly red and she was a little wheezing. "I came back from a trip a few days ago and started to have a fever and cough." Three days ago, she went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumonia.
In the outpatient department of the hospital, there are still many patients whose families have been "recruited", with fever and cough, and in serious cases, they have been hospitalized because of pneumonia. After the peak of mycoplasma pneumonia in children, adults also started?
Song Xiaolian, chief physician of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Shanghai Tenth Hospital, said that the infection situation of adults and children is basically synchronous, and the data of both of them have declined slightly at present. The temperature has plummeted these days, so keep warm and beware of a possible new round of respiratory diseases.
Elderly patients have fever, cough and pneumonia after returning from tourism.
On November 14th, an "old patient" came into Song Xiaolian’s expert clinic. Three days ago, Aunt Zheng went to the emergency room because of fever and cough. The examination showed that it was mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, which caused lobular pneumonia and asthma.
After two or three days of infusion treatment, her fever has gone down, but the symptoms of cough and asthma have not been effectively alleviated. Worried about the aggravation of asthma, she quickly hung up the expert clinic she had seen before.
Aunt Zheng had asthma since she was a child. She wanted to travel, but she was afraid of asthma attack. She never dared to leave Shanghai. Seven or eight years ago, after minimally invasive interventional surgery under bronchoscope, her asthma has been well controlled and her overall physical quality has been greatly improved. So she often goes out to visit great rivers and mountains and has not been hospitalized for asthma for several years.
Some time ago, she went out for another trip, but she didn’t expect to be "recruited" when she came back. At first, I had a slight fever, and then I kept coughing, and I even gasped when I walked a little faster. After a detailed examination by the doctor, she was hospitalized for a period of time.
Among the patients who came to see a doctor in the near future, many families have been "recruited" and found to be mycoplasma pneumonia after examination.
In the outpatient clinic, as soon as Ms. Liu came in, she told the doctor, "My old man and children coughed and had a fever a few days ago, and they just happened, so I started again."
Song Xiaolian introduced that, generally speaking, Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is not as severe as the systemic symptoms of influenza, and the symptoms of upper respiratory tract are not as obvious as the common cold, especially cough and sore throat. In the early stage, it is irritating dry cough, and in the later stage, it will appear white sticky phlegm, which will develop into mycoplasma pneumonia in severe cases, especially for the elderly and children who have difficulty in expectoration, and it is easy to cause lobar pneumonia due to phlegm embolism blocking the airway.
After the peak of mycoplasma pneumonia in children, adults started again?
Not long ago, the topic of "mycoplasma pneumonia in children" frequently appeared in hot search. Affected by mycoplasma pneumoniae, influenza virus, adenovirus and other common pathogens in autumn and winter, in the past two months, the pediatrics of various children’s specialized hospitals and general hospitals in Shencheng continued to explode, especially children with mycoplasma pneumonia occupied more than 80% of the beds in the children’s respiratory ward.
Recently, the number of fever clinics and emergency departments in major children’s specialized hospitals in Shanghai began to decline. The number of fever clinics and emergency departments in Shanghai Children’s Medical Center affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine has dropped by 40% compared with the peak at the beginning of the month.
After the peak of mycoplasma pneumonia in children, the concern about adult’s "recruitment" has been increasing. Have adults also begun to enter the peak of infection?
Song Xiaolian said that in fact, the infection situation of adults and children is basically synchronized. Many adult patients have children at home. After the children are infected, they are transmitted to other people in the family, and some are infected after going out to play.
"At present, both adults and children have declined slightly. According to the data, when there was no respiratory epidemic, our daily average number of general outpatients was about 180, which was more than 300 at the peak some time ago, and now it is more than 260 after the peak falls. Generally speaking, compared with adults, children have a higher proportion of pneumonia and have more severe symptoms of high fever. Of course, some patients may have negative mycoplasma antigen antibody test, but the symptoms and images are typical and can still be treated empirically. "
Mycoplasma pneumoniae is a very common pathogen of respiratory tract infection, which exists all the year round, with a small fluctuation every few years, and there are also sporadic cases. Like other respiratory diseases, autumn and winter and seasonal weather changes are high season. Recently, in addition to the prominent mycoplasma pneumonia, there are also many patients with influenza and common cold in outpatient and emergency departments.
Beware of the new peak of respiratory diseases after the sudden drop of temperature.
These days, the temperature in Shencheng has plummeted, will there be a new round of peak medical treatment? According to Song Xiaolian’s experience, it is indeed possible to see a new peak of respiratory diseases.
Under normal circumstances, there are not many patients who come to see a doctor when the temperature drops, but the number of patients who come to see a doctor after a week of cooling will increase significantly. However, the weather forecast shows that the temperature in Shencheng will increase later this week, and the situation will be relatively better.
"It is expected that patients who come to see a doctor later will have mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, flu, common cold, etc., and may also be complicated with infection, so keep warm when cooling down and don’t catch cold. For the elderly, especially those with chronic bronchitis, asthma or bronchiectasis, cooling often leads to sudden aggravation of diseases, and even respiratory failure in severe cases. Therefore, we don’t advocate that the elderly go out to exercise early in the winter. We suggest going out after eight or nine in the morning. It’s too cold in the morning. If there is air pollution, it is recommended to switch to indoor exercise, and you can do aerobic exercise, breathing exercises, and playing Tai Ji Chuan. "
How to prevent the high-incidence season? Song Xiaolian introduced that Mycoplasma pneumoniae is mainly transmitted by droplets, so wear a mask, wash your hands frequently, and ventilate frequently. Don’t go to crowded places, and don’t have close contact with patients with respiratory diseases to enhance their resistance and keep warm. At present, there is no vaccine against mycoplasma, but other respiratory diseases are also high in autumn and winter. It is recommended to vaccinate against swine flu and pneumonia vaccine.
If you are accidentally "recruited", there is no need to panic. She especially reminded that mycoplasma infection is a self-limited disease. For adults with good resistance, take a good rest, even if they are not treated, they will recover after a while. People with poor immunity and severe symptoms should be treated in time.
It is important to pay special attention to that if people are allergic diseases, such as allergies, asthma, etc., mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is easy to induce intractable cough, so it is necessary to see a doctor in time. In addition, the symptoms of pneumonia in the elderly are often atypical, but the more silent they are, the more serious they are. If the elderly have drowsiness, listlessness, or complications, they should see a doctor in time. (Note: All patients in the text are pseudonyms)

Students who implement running App in a university in Wuhan can pass only after running for 30 times.

Zhongxin. com, Wuhan, November 2 (Wang Youzhe, Lin Xinyi, Fu Chengcheng) Recently, Hubei University of Economics launched a running App among freshmen to juniors. According to the regulations, students who have run for 30 times will pass. For each additional time, the effective score will be added with 3 points until 100 points. If the substitute runner is found, it will be treated as cheating and the file will be recorded.

Cui Gaoyuan, vice president of the School’s Sports school of economics and management, said that the scores of freshmen and sophomores using App for running and punching cards accounted for 30% of this semester’s sports scores, and juniors can only participate in the physical fitness test if their scores using App for running and punching cards reach the standard of passing or above. Students have at most one exercise record every day, which is related to sports achievements, and the excess part is only recorded but not related to achievements.

Cui Gaoyuan said that the purpose of linking the punch card score with the final sports score is to encourage students to get out of the dormitory, strengthen exercise, cultivate students’ healthy concept of loving sports and advocating sports, form good exercise habits and improve their physical fitness.

Students can check the map and choose the best route to the distribution point according to the site conditions. Photo by Huang Siqi

"I used to exercise very little. Since the school implemented the running APP, everyone is running and unconsciously wants to run two steps." Huang Ziwei, a freshman at the school, said that he insisted on punching cards every day and his running enthusiasm was much stronger than before.

It is worth noting that the school has also formulated an effective standard for single exercise. Boys should run for 1 km at a time, and the running pace should be within the range of 3-9min/km. If a girl’s running mileage reaches 0.8 km at a time and her running pace is within the range of 3-9min/km, her performance will be effective. Cui Gaoyuan said that the introduction of this regulation is mainly to ensure the safety of students, and secondly to achieve sports effects.

Huang Siqi, a sophomore in the school of finance, said that under this sports standard, you can complete punching as long as you walk faster. However, she also said that this punching APP has a task nature and may affect the quality of sports.

In this regard, Cui Plateau said that in the background, every time the APP is used to run and punch in, it is set to "random allocation", in order to reduce or even avoid the phenomenon of running on behalf of others. In addition, the school will also conduct supervision through inspection teams, student reports, and big data comparison analysis. If students are found to have "violation of discipline" such as running on behalf of others, once verified, they will be dealt with as cheating in the exam and recorded. (End)

The Ministry of Education announced that the details of the reform of the senior high school entrance examination will be implemented from the beginning of 2017.

Conference site

CCTV News:The Ministry of Education held a press conference today (20th) to disclose the details of the reform of the enrollment system for the senior high school entrance examination. According to the "Guiding Opinions on Further Promoting the Reform of the Examination Enrollment System in Senior High Schools" issued by the Ministry of Education recently, it is necessary to further promote the reform of the examination enrollment system in senior high schools (referred to as the reform of the senior high school entrance examination).

What is the reform of the senior high school entrance examination?

The goal of this reform is to gradually establish a high school enrollment model of "junior high school academic level test scores+comprehensive quality evaluation". It is important to change the current practice of simply adding up the scores of some subjects as the only basis for admission in senior high school enrollment, and overcome the score theory.

First, promote the junior high school level examination. In the future, junior high school graduation and senior high school entrance examination will be combined into junior high school academic level examination, so as to realize "multi-purpose in one examination" and reduce the burden of students preparing for exams many times.

Change the composition of examination subjects

Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages are the basic subjects, and they are unified as admission scoring subjects. Incorporate physical education into the admission scoring subjects, scientifically determine the test scores or other requirements, and guide students to strengthen physical exercise. At the same time, according to the principle of giving consideration to both arts and sciences and moderate burden, the pilot areas will determine other subjects to be included in the "admission scoring subjects" to prevent group partiality. The subjects set in the national curriculum plan are all included in the scope of the academic level examination, but it is not required to include all subjects in the enrollment scoring subjects, so as not to increase the burden on students.

This reform also puts forward that students can be given the right to choose and develop their advantages and specialties on the premise that each course is qualified. Therefore, students will be able to choose other "admission scoring subjects" except Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and physical education in the academic level examination. However, we can’t just choose liberal arts subjects, and we can’t just choose science subjects. We should give consideration to both arts and sciences. Subjects that have no choice should not only be "studied" and "tested", but also be "qualified".

Change the content of the exam

Reduce the content of simple memory and mechanical training, focus on examining students’ ability to analyze and solve problems, and enhance students’ innovative spirit and ability.

Change performance expression

It can be presented in various forms, such as scores and grades. It reiterates the requirement of encouraging qualified areas to implement "grades" to avoid students’ competing for points and excessive competition.

Second, improve students’ comprehensive quality evaluation. The reform clearly requires the pilot areas to take the comprehensive quality evaluation as the basis or reference for high school enrollment, so that the "comprehensive quality evaluation", which used to be in a subordinate and reference position, becomes the protagonist and really plays a role in high school enrollment. As for the evaluation content, it is required to refine and improve the evaluation content and requirements in five aspects: ideological and moral character, academic level, physical and mental health, artistic accomplishment and social practice. The evaluation focuses on reflecting students’ all-round development and personality traits, and paying attention to examining students’ daily behavior norms and outstanding performance. In the evaluation procedure, it is emphasized to make realistic records, publicize and review the factual materials used for enrollment, and establish comprehensive quality evaluation files. In the use of results, whoever uses and evaluates the results should be implemented, and senior high schools should formulate specific use methods according to the school-running characteristics, so that comprehensive quality evaluation can really play a role in enrollment and crack the score-only.

Weifang, Shandong (treating the comprehensive quality evaluation results as a combination with Chinese, mathematics and other subjects), Jiaxing, Zhejiang (converting the comprehensive quality evaluation results into corresponding scores and counting them in the total score, with a perfect score of 20 points), Changsha, Hunan (screening according to the order of academic performance, comprehensive quality evaluation results, policy bonus points and foreign language scores) and other places, although the specific methods are different, they have been included in the enrollment system.

Third, reform the enrollment methods.Significantly reduce and strictly control bonus items. Cancellation of sports, art and other competition bonus items, related specialties and performances are included in the students’ comprehensive quality evaluation files, which will be used as a reference when enrolling students. Further improve the independent enrollment policy, give qualified high school a certain number of independent enrollment places, recruit students with academic expertise and innovative potential, and encourage the development of students’ interests.

When will the reform of senior high school entrance examination begin?

Because the junior high school level examination is generally organized and implemented by the local cities, it is required that the local cities formulate a scientific and standardized comprehensive quality evaluation system, formulate a specific implementation plan for the senior high school entrance examination reform and report it to the provincial education administrative department for the record. The provincial education administrative department shall formulate unified requirements for junior high school academic level examination and comprehensive quality evaluation; Select qualified cities to further expand the comprehensive reform pilot, formulate the implementation opinions of the senior high school entrance examination reform, and report them to the Ministry of Education for the record before the end of August 2017.

The comprehensive reform pilot has been implemented since the first-year junior high school students who entered the school after 2017. The current junior high school students and non-pilot cities still implement the original examination enrollment method unchanged. By the year 2020, a model of high school entrance examination based on academic achievement and comprehensive quality evaluation will be initially formed. (CCTV reporter Zhou Peipei)

Beauty is a technical activity, and domestic beauty cosmetics accelerate overtaking in corners in the "composition age"

Everyone has a love of beauty. In the era of Yan value economy, consumers’ pursuit of beauty supports the sustained growth of the beauty industry. However, in a long historical period, foreign brands have always occupied a dominant position in China’s beauty market, and the late-developing domestic brands can only catch up with each other in this marathon.

However, the competitive landscape is changing. In recent years, the rise of domestic beauty cosmetics has accelerated, and the market penetration rate has steadily increased. Last year’s "double 11", a report card made everyone shine-domestic brands surpassed international brands for the first time and won the beauty category titles on Tmall and Tik Tok platforms. In the context of the general decline of foreign brands, domestic beauty products have achieved contrarian growth. The "proud" performance is not only driven by the new trend in the consumption field, but also depends on the strong investment of domestic brands in ingredient research and development, the continuous pursuit of cost performance and the gradual improvement of brand strength.

Recently,In the "Times Meeting Room" column, the reporter had an in-depth conversation with Sun Huaiqing, Chairman and CEO of the Board of Directors, and Xu Xiaofang, Chief Analyst of Beauty and Commerce of CITIC Securities Research Department, to analyze the reasons behind the rise of domestic beauty products, discuss how technology can reshape the competitive landscape of China’s beauty industry in the "Composition Age", and look forward to the investment opportunities of beauty track in 2024.

Leading the "Component Age" with "Chip-level Revolution"

"2023 is the first year of China cosmetics, and it is also the origin of national brands surpassing multinational brands in an all-round way." Sun Huaiqing said that during several major e-commerce promotion activities last year, there was an obvious "trade-off" in the sales growth rate of national brands and multinational brands. On the one hand, some national brands have gained dozens of points of growth; On the other hand, some international brands have experienced a bleak performance decline.

According to the data of China Cosmetics Yearbook 2023, the domestic cosmetic market in China in 2023 is larger than that of foreign brands. It is worth noting that this is also the first time that domestic brands have surpassed foreign brands in online and offline channels. In Sun Huaiqing’s view, "this is not the end" and the trend will continue.

What does domestic beauty accelerate to catch up with? Both Sun Huaiqing and Xu Xiaofang frequently mentioned the progress of raw materials and the rise of local ingredients. "In the past few years, we have paid attention to the rise of a number of local bioactive raw materials suppliers in China, which can provide high-quality and low-cost raw materials for downstream brands to add in sufficient quantities. This laid a solid foundation for the product strength of domestic beauty products. " Xu Xiaofang said.

In recent years, Chinese consumers’ awareness of ingredients has deepened, and the demand for skin care products has advanced towards more personalized segmentation. Recombinant collagen is the "new top flow" in the current functional skin care track. Especially in recent days, international big names have entered the market one after another, betting on recombinant collagen components. LVMH’s private equity fund led the domestic recombinant collagen enterprises in September last year, and L ‘Oreal also introduced recombinant collagen into new products in December last year. According to the global growth consulting firm Jost Sullivan, in 2025, the market share of recombinant collagen will surpass hyaluronic acid and become the first raw material component of skin care products.

In the cosmetics industry, raw materials and ingredients have always been regarded as the "soul", which is also the shortcoming and weakness of China cosmetics companies in the past. However, in the component of recombinant collagen, local domestic brands have played the role of "leader". "Marumi announced in 2021 that China is leading the world in the research of recombinant collagen, and we are long-term practitioners, cultivators and leaders of this ingredient." Sun Huaiqing said.

Anti-aging is the rigid demand of skin care products. The essence of aging is the loss of human collagen. To resist aging, it is necessary to prescribe the right medicine and supplement collagen. At present, animal-derived collagen is widely used in skin care products because of its low cost and simple process. According to Sun Huaiqing, animal-derived collagen has three natural pain points: first, extracted from animal leather, it is inevitable that there is solvent residue, which is not gentle enough; Second, animal products may carry pathogens and are not safe enough; Third, animal collagen and human collagen are not the same species, and the absorption effect is not good enough.

"In order to solve these problems, there are many skin care products that stimulate the skin to produce collagen by using ingredients such as retinol or peptides. Through more than 10 years of research, we have synthesized humanized collagen similar to collagen in human skin by gene recombination, which can directly supplement the collagen lost by human body. " Sun Huaiqing said.

Chip is regarded as the key to China’s breakthrough in the field of science and technology, and Sun Huaiqing regards the success of component research and development as a "chip-level revolution". "The change brought by China brand to China cosmetics industry is a’ chip-level revolution’. This is the goal we are striving for and what is happening now. " Sun Huaiqing said.

"It’s not that foreign goods can’t afford it, but that domestic products are more cost-effective." "You can buy expensive ones, but you can’t buy expensive ones." … Under the background of the rise of generation Z and the change of consumption concept, the global consumer industry has ushered in profound changes, and the behavior pattern of the younger generation of consumers has changed from blindly advocating big brands to rational consumption and pursuing cost-effectiveness.

This trend in the field of consumption is undoubtedly a great opportunity for domestic beauty.

"At this stage, China Cosmetics fits consumers’ pursuit of cost performance very well." Xu Xiaofang told reporters that the booming raw material supply in the upstream provided raw materials with reasonable price, high activity and high purity, which enabled the downstream cosmetics brands to make skin care products with the same effect as international brands, and the price was more advantageous, thus better meeting the needs of consumers in China.

In the past, domestic beauty cosmetics gave people the impression that they were "big brands and cheap bowls". Is the current popular "cost performance" another synonym for low quality and low price? Sun Huaiqing gave a clear negative answer to this question. In his view, consumers have grown more savvy, and savvy consumers always hope that the money they pay is valuable when buying goods. High cost performance does not mean that the absolute price is low, but that the quality of this product brings consumers "sex" far higher than "price".

Take Marubi’s recombinant collagen mini-golden needle essence product as an example. According to Sun Huaiqing, the current price of this product is between 300 yuan and 400 yuan, but other products with similar efficacy and skin care experience on the market may cost 500 yuan to 600 yuan. Comparing the two, Marumi’s products are more cost-effective. "Cost performance has nothing to do with the absolute value of the price, but with the experience, feeling and change it brings to people. Marumi is a firm follower, practitioner and leader in cost performance. " Sun Huaiqing said.

Xu Xiaofang also observed that with the all-round progress of domestic beauty cosmetics in raw materials, packaging and marketing, the prices of many local cosmetic brands are gradually increasing. "Five years ago, the unit price of many mainstream local brand goods was around 100 yuan, and now it has gradually expanded to 200 yuan and higher price bands. But the current price is not too high, so it still has a strong cost performance for consumers. " Xu Xiaofang said.

At the same time, with the generation Z, represented by the post-90s generation, gradually becoming the main consumer in the field of beauty cosmetics, the new generation of consumers are more rational and smart in their consumption behavior, with stronger national self-confidence and higher willingness to try local brands, which provides broad opportunities for the rise of domestic beauty cosmetics.

Sun Huaiqing told reporters that the average penetration rate of cosmetics among post-90s consumers in China has exceeded that of foreign consumers, which means that their demand for skin care and make-up is stronger. What this generation has seen is a prosperous and prosperous China, which not only has economic self-confidence, but also gains cultural self-confidence in the process of growing up. The founders and operators of China brand know China consumers better and are better at emotional interaction with China consumers than multinational brands, so they have more advantages.

In recent years, the competition in the booming beauty industry has become increasingly fierce, and a number of cutting-edge brands have risen rapidly, which are favored by young consumers and have a very strong growth momentum. In this regard, as a domestic brand with a history of more than 20 years, Sun Huaiqing believes that Marumi still has strong vitality. "In a forest, vines, vines and ferns often grow fastest, but the trees have the strongest vitality." Sun Huaiqing said that the continuous investment in R&D, perfect supply chain, abundant capital reserves, a team of over 1,000 people with common values, and a basic customer base of over 10 million people are all the advantages and confidence of Marumi. "Only when the roots are deep will the trees grow tall." In Sun Huaiqing’s view, Marumi is the big tree in the forest with its roots deeply rooted in the ground.

Although in 2023, domestic beauty products achieved many surprising results in terms of increasing domestic market share and "sailing out to sea", in the secondary market, the beauty sector as a whole was in a downward channel in the past year. There is a certain degree of deviation between the industry performance and the valuation trend of the secondary market.

In this regard, Xu Xiaofang said that the rise and fall of stock prices is not only related to the fundamental situation of the industry and the company, but also the result of the comprehensive effects of valuation, capital movements, policy changes and other factors. In the past few years, the valuation of the entire beauty plate has experienced a period of continuous increase. In 2023, the valuation ushered in adjustment and decline, and the reflection on the stock price was also obvious. "But from a longer time axis, the price of the stock will definitely reflect the real value of the company in the end." Xu Xiaofang said.

"I boldly predict that in the next 5-7 years, the sales of China brand in China market will completely surpass those of multinational brands." Sun Huaiqing told reporters. At the same time, he predicted that three to five world-class cosmetics groups would be born in China no later than 2049. Based on this judgment, he believes that smart and far-sighted investors will use their own money to cast brands that they think are worth investing in. Therefore, the value of an excellent company will eventually be reflected in the stock price.

"Looking forward to 2024, we will continue to maintain confidence in the beauty industry, which is expected to continue to grow steadily." Talking about the investment opportunities in 2024, Xu Xiaofang judged this. Specifically, she believes that investors can pay attention to some structural opportunities when laying out the beauty track, and there are three main lines to focus on: first, continue to follow the main line of cost performance, second, make beauty science and technology, and third, pay attention to a group of China local raw material enterprises that are rising in the upstream of the industrial chain.

From January to New Year’s Eve, what about our festivals and oral folklore?

Cover journalist Li Yuxin
"The sound of firecrackers is one year old, and the spring breeze warms Tu Su." When I heard that this poem began to appear frequently, it goes without saying that the pace of the Lunar New Year is not far away. Looking forward to it for a year, the Spring Festival, which belongs to the most grand traditional festival of China people, is just around the corner.
In the old days, there was a proverb in Chengdu, which was called "carrots are sweet and sweet, and it is necessary to celebrate the New Year when you see them." In fact, for the old Chengdu people, the "New Year" clock has already rung when they enter the twelfth lunar month, that is, the twelfth lunar month. For more than a month before and after the Spring Festival, ordinary people spent it in an atmosphere full of rich flavor of the year and lively joy. From the Laba Festival on the eighth day of the twelfth lunar month, to the "small year" on the 23rd of the twelfth lunar month, and then to the 24th of the twelfth lunar month, "it took Chengdu people more than a month to finish the New Year, and the content of the Spring Festival was very rich." In the description of folklore expert Liu Xiaochang, the joyful and lively flavor of the year seems to reverberate through time and space.
Folk expert Liu Xiaochang
Don’t blame strict and strict, spring and winter pay in the first month.
Slight cold January 5 (the third day of the twelfth lunar month)
Slight cold, the penultimate solar term among the 24 solar terms, is also the fifth solar term in winter. According to "twenty-four solar term", "On the December Festival, the cold at the beginning of the month is still small, so the clouds are big." It shows that slight cold means cold air accumulated for a long time, which means that the weather is cold but not yet extreme. Like great cold, slight summer heat, great summer heat and summer heat, it is a solar term indicating the change of temperature.
The arrival of the slight cold solar terms also means that the coldest time of the year has arrived. According to Liu Xiaochang, as far as Chengdu is concerned, the temperature in the mild cold season is actually lower than that in the severe cold season. "Therefore, there is a saying that a slight cold is better than a great cold. However, whether it is cold or not in the slight cold season in Chengdu does not depend on the solar terms. What is important is to see whether the cold air is strong. "
In this season, walking in the streets and lanes of Chengdu, I suddenly smell a touch of dark fragrance. Don’t doubt that this is the wintersweet that is proudly open and fragrant in the cold winter. "In the slight cold season, Chengdu can be described as a fragrant city." At this time, flower farmers from Gaodianzi in the eastern suburbs, Flower Zhaobi and Baihuatan in the western suburbs, Phoenix Mountain in the northern suburbs and other places, carrying flower baskets and pushing floats, peddling wintersweet along the street …
"For thousands of years, Chengdu people have loved plum blossoms." Liu Xiaochang said that during the Southern Song Dynasty, the poet Lu You lived in Chengdu and wrote a poem "Plum Blossom Jueju", in which he wrote, "When I traveled to the west of Jincheng City, I was drunk for plum blossoms. Twenty miles of incense, Qingyang Palace to Huanhuaxi ". It can be seen that at that time, Chengdu people loved plum blossoms.
The wind and the meaning of the twelfth lunar month have been in spring, and when it is scattered, it has passed my neighbor.
January 10th of Laba Festival (the eighth day of the twelfth lunar month)
Labazhou (Tuyuan Network)
When it comes to Laba Festival, the first thing that comes to mind is naturally the warm and delicious Laba porridge that night. In Liu Xiaochang’s description, the "New Year" of Chengdu people in the old days began from Laba Festival, which is the eighth day of the twelfth lunar month. "In the old days, on the day of Laba Festival, every household in Chengdu cooked Laba porridge, sacrificed ancestors and had family reunion. Everyone in the family eats a bowl of Laba porridge and presents it to relatives and friends to celebrate the family in this form. "
Laba porridge, also known as "seven treasures and five flavors porridge", "Buddha porridge" and "everyone’s rice", is a kind of porridge made of various ingredients. As early as the Song Dynasty, there were written records about Laba porridge. In the Southern Song Dynasty, Wu Zimu’s "Meng Liang Lu" contained: "On the eighth day of this month, the temple was called Laba. Temples such as Dasha have five-flavor porridge called Laba porridge. " Therefore, the history of drinking Laba porridge has been thousands of years.
Liu Xiaochang said that the ingredients of Laba porridge are exquisite. The ingredients for cooking Laba porridge are mostly cereals such as rice, glutinous rice, coix seed and millet, as well as beans such as red beans, soybeans, rice beans, mung beans and kidney beans, or cooked with dried fruits such as red dates, peanuts, coix seed, lotus seeds, chestnuts, walnuts, longan, ginkgo and almonds. "This pot of porridge is very rich in ingredients. In fact, there are far more than eight kinds. How to cook it depends mainly on the family’s family scenery and the income."
The old snow has not disappeared yet, and the new snow has a family.
January 20th of the Great Cold (the 18th day of the twelfth lunar month)
As the folk saying goes, "A slight cold and a great cold, there is no wind and it is cold" and "A slight cold and a great cold, and it is cold in a ball". It can be seen that in the severe cold season, the weather has been extremely cold. Because of the severe cold solar terms, it is generally in the period of "March 9th".
In ancient times, there was no accurate weather forecast, and people passed it on from mouth to mouth, and invented a folk method to calculate the dates of cold days and warm flowers in spring, called "Counting Nine". According to the folk algorithm, the number nine is counted from the date of the 24 solar terms "Winter Solstice", and every nine days is counted as a "nine", and so on. Generally speaking, "March 9th" is the coldest time in a year. There is a saying that "3949, pigs and dogs freeze to death". When you count to nine "nine days", that is, when you count to 9981 days, it will be deep in spring and warm in the day.
The Great Cold is the last of the 24 solar terms. After the severe cold, it will be beginning of spring, and people will usher in the solar cycle of the new year. Because the New Year’s Day is just around beginning of spring, the new year’s flavor is getting stronger when the cold comes. As a result, the customs of the great cold solar terms are mostly related to the Lunar New Year. People "sweep the dust" and "paste the windows", get rid of old cloth and new ones, clean up and wait for the arrival of the new year. At the same time, we should also "go to the market" to buy La Worship supplies and buy new year’s goods.
In addition to the spring thunder in the dark, the snow is not over yet.
Off-year January 2526 (Lunar December 23-24)
As soon as the new year arrives, people are busy sweeping dust and offering sacrifices to stoves. Off-year has always been regarded as the beginning of a "busy year". Due to the different customs in the north and south, the days called "off-year" are different, usually on the 23rd or 24th of the twelfth lunar month. "On the 23rd of the twelfth lunar month, Chengdu people shouted off-year, and on this night, Master Kitchen God was sent to heaven. Every household in Chengdu has to offer sacrifices to the kitchen stove, that is, to the kitchen god. " Liu Xiaochang said.
Yao Wenhan in Qing Dynasty’s Celebration of the New Year’s Eve
Folk sacrificial stoves originated from the ancient custom of worshipping fire. The kitchen god’s duty is to take charge of the kitchen fire and manage the diet. Later, it was expanded to investigate the good and evil in the world, so as to reduce good and evil. The Ci of Sacrificing a Kitchen by Fan Chengda in the Song Dynasty: "According to the ancient legend, on the 24th day of the twelfth lunar month, the kitchen ruler spoke to the sky … and sent you to the Tianmen to get drunk. Don’t go back to the clouds, begging for profit from the market."
"According to folklore, the kitchen god of every household in the past was sent to earth by the Jade Emperor to protect and observe the good and evil of this family. Seeing how many good deeds and evil deeds this family has done in this year, Kitchen God should remember them one by one. On the night of the twenty-third day of the twelfth lunar month, the Kitchen God will go to heaven and tell the Jade Emperor what this family has done in the past year, so as to bring misfortune and happiness. " Liu Xiaochang said, therefore, it is especially necessary to be cautious on this day, especially to warn your own dolls not to swear, so as not to be unclear.
The roar of firecrackers, the old one year has passed; The warm spring breeze came to the new year, and people drank happily the newly brewed tu su wine.
January 31st, New Year’s Eve (29th day of the twelfth lunar month)
When New Year’s Eve arrives, it means that the old year is over and the new year is replaced. Because New Year’s Eve often falls on the 29th or 30th day of the twelfth lunar month, it is also called New Year’s Eve. But this year’s New Year’s Eve, not on New Year’s Eve. As early as more than ten days ago, the topic # Spring Festival in 2022 has no 30th anniversary # on the hot search. According to astronomical experts, this is mainly related to the "Shuowangyue". The change of the moon is called a Shuowangyue once a week, with an average period of 29.5 days. It happens that the twelfth lunar month is a small moon in 2022, so there is no 30. But experts say that as long as the first day of the first month is still there, the night before is New Year’s Eve.
Qing Leng Mei’s "Spring Scene"
On New Year’s Eve, the most important thing for China families is the reunion dinner. For the old Chengdu people, it is no exception. "In fact, since the twelfth lunar month, every household in Chengdu has begun to prepare. Even people who have no money should try their best to cut a few kilograms of fresh meat and make some bacon to hang on the stove. Some people are very capable, making their own cakes, steaming rice cakes and making candy. " Liu Xiaochang described it.
"A meal to send the old age, spicy fresh food miscellaneous a few feast. Happy to be in the sky, a family size and reunion. " In the past, there was a Zhuzhi poem written in Chengdu, which is a true portrayal of the Chengdu People’s League Year. Of course, besides the reunion dinner, there are many traditional customs on New Year’s Eve, such as offering sacrifices to ancestors, putting up Spring Festival couplets, hanging New Year pictures in stick grilles, guarding the old age, and giving lucky money … The heads of families sit around a table and watch the children happily receive the red envelopes. The New Year’s Eve on the table is full of red couplets and window grilles. For Chinese people, a year’s hard work should be for the reunion and warmth of this moment.

Australian studies reveal the mechanism behind "love is blind"

According to Xinhua News Agency, Canberra (Reporter Zhang Jianhua), some people joked that "love is blind". Australian researchers try to find out by scientific means. Their research found that when a person falls in love, the related brain reaction will make people put the lover at the center of their life.

Researchers from Australian National University and other institutions recently published a paper in the journal Behavioral Science, exploring the connection between the behavioral activation system of human brain and romantic love.

The researchers surveyed 1,556 young people who were in love. The survey questions mainly focused on their emotional reactions to their partners and related behaviors, as well as their attention to their lovers. It turns out that when a person is in love, his brain will make an unusual reaction and put the lover at the center of life.

Researchers say that researchers know the role of oxytocin in love, that is, when someone communicates with their lover, oxytocin circulates in their nervous system and blood. Oxytocin, known as "love hormone", is a neurohormone secreted by hypothalamus, which can be secreted by both men and women.

The researchers further explained that the reason why lovers become particularly important is because of the combination of oxytocin and dopamine. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter secreted by the brain, which is responsible for transmitting feelings of excitement and happiness. Therefore, it can be said that love activates the pathways related to positive emotions in the brain.

The Spring Festival is approaching. How do you celebrate the Spring Festival this year? Recently, Banan District launched the "Family Style and American Family Annual Meeting" activity, and it became a new folk custom of Banan people during the Spring Festival to establish family training, talk about dreams, talk about gains and losses, and send blessings.

The relevant staff in Banan District said: "We advocate the citizens to celebrate the New Year on the spot. We hope that through this activity, Banan people will inherit the family style and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation while feeling the taste of the year, so that the year 2021 will be full of atmosphere and connotation."

Anti-epidemic advanced families: the dream of family reunion and Spring Festival group.

During the Spring Festival of 2020, Yang Jifan and Li Chunmei, who live in Lijiatuo, Banan District, failed to go home for the New Year because they struggled in the forefront of hospital epidemic prevention and control.

"A virus epidemic destroyed all my dreams of the Spring Festival." Yang Jifan’s son, Yang Herui, said, "But please rest assured, Mom and Dad, I won’t cry. I’m proud of you. I’m the doctor’s son …"

According to reports, Yang Yurui’s parents and grandfather are both medical staff. "Doctors are kind-hearted" is what Yang Herui’s grandfather often talks about. Slowly, it has become the family motto of Yang Herui.

Wechat picture _20210205223411.png

It is under the influence of such family precepts that Yang Herui understands that mom and dad can’t go home on time, "attend" the group dinner and have a group dinner together because of "saving lives".

Today (5th), under the call of the activity of "Family Style and Annual Meeting of American Family during the Festival" in Banan District, Yang Herui’s family realized their dream of group year.

In a small window of Lijiatuo Ronghui Jiangshan Community in Banan District, Yang Herui’s family is enjoying a reunion dinner. Prior to this, Yang Herui gave a handwritten newspaper named "I am proud, I am the doctor’s son" to my parents; Grandpa started to write down the family motto of "the doctor is kind" and taught Yang Herui the "connotation" in these four words with one stroke; Yang Herui’s family also pinched the "Mariko" symbolizing reunion together. ……

"In the past, Yang Heli’s grandfather told me about the’ doctor’s kindness’ and later told Yang Heli. I hope that I can also tell this sentence to my younger generations in the future, so that these four words can be passed down from generation to generation in our family. " Yang Jifan, the father of Yang Herui, said.

Five Good Families in China: "Cloud Reunion" Inheriting Family Style

In Lijiatuo Street, Banan District, there is another family holding a special annual family meeting.

Picture 4.png

"I hope you can be people with goals, and I hope you can develop in an all-round way by practicing martial arts …" Facing the two little daughters in the video, Zhao Sikuo wrote the family instructions with a brush while explaining them.

Zhao Sikuo and Dong Tingting both work in the health system of Banan District. Affected by the epidemic, Zhao Sikuo and Dong Tingting will continue to stick to their posts during the Spring Festival. Because they are separated from their parents and daughters, this year’s Spring Festival, their family can only have a "cloud reunion" by video phone.

Picture 5.png

"Today, we will eat some sauerkraut jiaozi." Zhao Sikuo said, in my hometown in Northeast China, I will eat jiaozi on holidays. Plus, two people can’t eat much, and eating jiaozi can respond to the call of "eating civilization" and has a taste of the year. Facing the camera, Zhao Sikuo did not forget to teach children to cherish food and develop a good habit of thrift.

Zhao Sikuo’s family motto is "Set a lofty ambition, cultivate a strong body, be loyal, filial and righteous, and be single-minded". In 2020, this family motto was rated as one of the top ten most beautiful family precepts in Banan District in 2020, and Zhao Sikuo’s family was also rated as one of the five best families in China and the most beautiful family in Chongqing.

According to reports, in 2021, 2,152 party branches were launched in Banan district to publicize the annual family meeting before the festival, 121 primary and secondary schools took the annual family meeting home as a special winter vacation homework, and 200,000 families held annual family meeting activities during the Spring Festival according to their own conditions.

This activity will last until March. After the start of the new semester, schools will continue to carry out activities such as class meeting, team day, dream salon sharing meeting, etc., which will fully show the achievements of students’ participation in the annual meeting. After the holiday, various government agencies and units will also take advantage of theme party days and cadres’ and workers’ unions to organize cadres and workers to share the feelings of the annual meeting in time in the form of dream salons, so as to find out a group of families with stories, traditions and representatives, dig deep into the touching stories and beautiful sentiments of family style education, and enhance the new connotation and new image of family style construction in Banan District.
