On August 8, the 2025 Seal was officially released. The entire series comes standard with 800V and Yunnian-C, and it is also equipped with lidar for the first time.

Opening the door, the change of the interior can be said to be amazing to me! The overall style has changed from the previous personality movement to simple and luxurious, giving people a sense of calm and atmosphere. The newly added Sardinia Coral Orange interior color scheme makes the whole cockpit feel instantly advanced!
The center console uses a black high-brightness panel with delicate decorative textures, which is full of texture.
The 15.6-inch adaptive rotating large screen and the retention of the 10.25-inch full LCD dashboard continue to enhance the sense of technology.

When it comes to the power system, the new SEAL can be said to be full of sincerity. The whole series comes standard with SiC silicon carbide, 800V high-voltage platform and twelve-in-one electric powertrain, which can already compete with luxury brands!
The rear-drive version has a maximum power of 230 kilowatts, a peak torque of 380 Nm, and a 100-kilometer acceleration time of 5.9 seconds.
The four-wheel drive version is even more exaggerated, with a combined power of 390 kW and a combined torque of 670 Nm. It only takes 3.8 seconds to accelerate 100 kilometers!

In terms of intelligent driving, the 2025 Seal can be said to have achieved a qualitative leap. It became the first car of the BYD brand equipped with lidar, using the "Eye of the Gods" high-end intelligent driving assistance system – DiPilot 300.
The system is equipped with a lidar, 13 cameras, 12 ultrasonic radars, and 5 millimeter-wave radars, for a total of 31 high-precision smart driving sensors.
Although it can only reach the L2 + level of driver assistance at present, BYD said that it will further open up functions such as high-end smart driving and city navigation in the future.
